Staff and location are pleasant, I appreciated staying here.

Very good staff and location, I appreciated its essentials. They had a smooth check-in in the room. On the plus side, there was parking nearby. The restaurant was great and reasonably priced, for breakfast & dinner.

We were in a hurry, so stayed here only for 3 nights, though everything was good. Check in was good;))

I lovely spend 2 nights in Lisbon. I stayed in a brand-new classic queen room with very comfortable beds. Coffee/tea making equipment and glassware were a plus.

Their staff were a little rude.

Charming old, perfectly clean place, everything was good, including location and staff. The rooms were with huge bed, we greatly enjoyed it.

I had 5 days in Lisbon, spending my time here lovely. The room was spotless with comfortable bed and had central heating, iron and ironing board, and an electronic key card.

The bed was very hard, unfortunately.

All in all everything was excellent, had a perfect stay at this hotel. The airport was 0.5 km away from here, brilliant location. The breakfast was perfect and had variety of options - pastries, fresh bread and fresh fruit.

We really enjoyed to be here, its location and stuff. A wide array of food at breakfast like fresh fruit, breads and pastries.

All good - I loved my stay - food was outstanding and my bed was comfortable. Beautiful old hotel in an excellent setting close to the river. Also, it was within walking distance of Time Out Market Lisboa.

The bathroom I had was way too small.

We appreciated our decent staying. Handy location, very supportive staff, attractive and fairly clean hotel. The view from our room was pleasant. Very very good breakfast with lots of slices of fresh bread, pastries, scrambled eggs, cheese and meats. Near a sandy beach.

Immaculately clean hotel in a very chic building close enough to the city center and the Monastery and bars. Cheap rooms with a fantastic bathroom as well as very comfortable beds, rich breakfast.

The service was terrific and staff were amiable. So many choices for breakfast: scrambled eggs, fresh bread, pastries, meats and cheese. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the tidy beach set near the property. Flexible check-in too.

Wi-Fi was slow, made me a little nervous.

I really enjoyed beautiful location and how the place is tidy. Staff attitude was extremely helpful. The English breakfast was delicious. Sophisticated hotel, had a really perfect service...

Hotel was well priced. Lovely location and good pool. The room was neat, besides it had cutlery and plates, just in case. The beach there was nice, the venue was located near the shore.

Miserable views and internet connection was low.

Clean hotel with perfect location in Lisbon really close to river Tagus river as well as a tram stop. Got premium room as expected, loved it.

The breakfast was freshly prepared, the staff was especially attentive. Well working WiFi and closet space in the room and the relaxing bed. Breathtaking location, easy walk to nice safe area. Reasonably priced terrace bar. The pool was brilliant.

The room was very well furnished and the location was marvelous in the pedestrian area. The breakfast was super, I tried lovely slices of fresh bread, meats, scrambled eggs, cereals and pastries. Access to the beautiful beach, it was near the hotel. I liked that the venue was 15 minutes drive from the airport.

Very attractive rooms, so lovely breakfast with a lot variety of food, absolutely brilliant staff. Clean enough and GENEROUS hotel in Baixa / Chiado district.

The place was perfectly fine and exceptionally clean, it had exceptional location and staff. The early check-in too.

Breakfast staff took very good care of us. Huge room with a standard decor and a spacious bathroom. The breakfast was delicious with lots of goodies. The area was very safe.

We liked this hotel, it was such lovely and sparkling clean. The staff was brilliant welcoming, and the restaurant was stunning! Found in a tourist part of the town.

We thoroughly enjoyed the sympathetic staff and elegant room. Magnificent building and best possible location. The service was first-class and the food was so delicious. We had a very comfortable stay at this nice central hotel.
